There's several sequences in the 10 Cloverfield Lane trailer alluded to that don't actually fit into the (admittedly simple) presented narrative. This is one of those, with a fire unexpectedly starting in the bunker. Does that have something to do with the vents?

Evidently the first wasn't started by Winstead, who stops in her tracks when she spots it. So, did Goodman start it to keep her in? Or is it an accident independent of the fraying relationships, a metaphor for how the bunker is a powder keg ready to explode. Whatever the case, Winstead doesn't have a limp here, so this is before whatever caused her to injure her leg.
