2. Doctor Doom (Fantastic Four Movies)

Doctor Doom was horrible in the Fantastic Four movies. Julian McMahon's pitiful and wimpy portrayal of the genius with expertise in science, technology and magic - in the comics at least, in the case of the latter - was awful and he was a shadow of the character from the source material. That said, once he finally got in to full costume in the role, he actually looked pretty cool. Although the armour he possessed didn't contain any of the gadgets it contains in the comic books, it was still quite formidable looking and the mask and hooded cloak were as fearsome as they were on panel. That said, it was nowhere near enough to make up for one of the poorest villain portrayals in comic book movie history.
