10 Comic Book Movies That Could Be The Next Avengers: Infinity War
4. Fear Itself

Of all the ways Marvel could capitalise on the success of Thor: Ragnarok, a storyline based on Fear Itself would perhaps be one of the best.
Although the comic debuted to a mixed reception when it first released, there is something uniquely interesting about seeing the Avengers go up against even more Asgardian concepts. In this case, the culprit is Thor's brother (yes, he has a lot of siblings), Serpent: the God of Fear.
And, for the most part, Fear Itself is all about that one emotion. The book opens with Tony Stark announcing his plans to rebuild Asgard on Earth, with the locale having been destroyed in the wake of the Under Siege storyline from the year prior. This causes some division within the Asgardian ranks, who look at Stark's offer with distrust. Not that they have time to dwell on it of course, as the Serpent is freed from his prison and embarks on a campaign of terror against all who reside on Midgard, with the Asgardian colony a target of key importance.
Though we don't know what the future holds for Tony Stark, there is a sequence from Fear Itself that fans would surely love to see on the big screen. In order to combat the threat at hand, Tony is granted access to Odin's workshop and forges enchanted armour for all of his fellow Avengers, something the costume-designers at Marvel would surely love.
