Boba Fett is back... again. Finally, after seven years of obscurity, the original background-character-turned-fan-favourite-turned-resurrected-bounty hunter returns.

Boba started the tradition of having a character too popular to die, and spawned various books and comics. Unfortunately, all of this was yet again retconned when Disney took over, with the closest confirmation to his fate being a mere wink and a nudge during the Aftermath novel.

Thankfully, Dave Filoni stepped in to save the day as one of the showrunners on The Mandalorian. Temuera Morrison reprised the role after playing Jango Fett and voicing Boba in the infamous Star Wars special editions.

What makes this the dumbest addition to the list is that Boba Fett is what started the whole retconned death pit Star Wars now finds itself in.

Can Star Wars outdo the insanity of a returning Palpatine and now Boba Fett? Only time will tell.
