7. Jocasta Nu
As the sweetest elderly librarian in the Star Wars universe, it was a relief to see that Jocasta Nu was retconned back to life, if only briefly.
She became beloved by fans after her very small appearance in Episode II when she assisted Obi-Wan Kenobi in his attempts at locating Kamino.
She made several appearances during the Clone Wars series and remained as calm and collected as ever even in the face of the famous bounty hunter, Cad Bane.
In Legends, she met her end while defending the Jedi Temple during Order 66 and was one of the many casualties slain by Anakin Skywalker himself.
It was then retconned that Jocasta officially survived the Jedi purge and became a recluse. She decided to travel back to Coruscant in order to recover a Holocron that possessed the locations of force-sensitive children.
Despite successfully breaking in and recovering the information, she was killed by Darth Vader after she attempted to reveal his true identity of Anakin Skywalker.
Between her and Koth it seems like Disney is taking the retconning a bit too far, changing the timelines of side characters ever so slightly which do little to affect the overall narrative.
