10 Dumbest Villain Plans From Sci-Fi Movies

1. Everything Lex Luthor Does - Lex Luthor (Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice)

Oh here we go.

Whilst it's not the Zack Snyder DCEU film, it's still a Zack Snyder DCEU film, which means Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has holes in it you could fly the Batwing through.

Let's talk about the actions of supposed genius supervillain Lex Luthor, played by Mark Zuckerberg for some reason.

Jessie Eisenberg's turn as Superman's arch-nemesis was divisive to say the least, not helped by his absolutely whack ideas to take down both the Man of Steel and the Dark Knight.

His grand plan is to pit the two superheroes against each other with a series of events so convoluted it'll make your head rotate like a basketball on a finger. His plan hinges on Supes and Bats not ever actually talking to one another which, surprise, is exactly what happens.

To mitigate against this, Luthor creates Doomsday, a genetically engineered monster. So now there's a giant creature running around too? Stop making things worse, Lex!

When all is said and done, Doomsday does kill Superman (except he doesn't, because he's Superman), but the ends of Lex's ambitions really did not justify the means.

Lex Luthor? More like Lex Loser... sorry.
