10 Dumbest Villain Plans From Sci-Fi Movies
7. Dino-Soldiers - Jurassic World
"What a moron!" says Jurassic World villain Vic Hoskins when he sees Joshua Joyce's plans. "Everyone knows you can't control giant killer robots!"
"Dinosaurs on the other hand, they're super easy to manipulate!"
The reboot of the Jurassic Park series introduced us to Mr. Hoskins, head of InGen's security forces. Whilst he appears loyal to the park, he's actually harbouring a secret plan to use their reanimated reptiles as military weapons.
This is tested when Owen Grady's flock of velociraptors is used to track down the Indominus Rex. However the plan goes about as well as you might expect when the raptors exercise their own free will and kill Hoskins.
Nice one!
What the hell was this guy thinking? How many modern armies use animals in their military? Take out horses and maybe dogs, and the answer is none. There certainly aren't any countries sending lions out on to the battlefield!
Animals are very hard to control, especially ones as intelligent as velociraptors. It is a huge risk to put them anywhere near your own soldiers and Hoskins finds this out the hard way.
If only he'd googled the word "drones". Maybe he'd have survived.
