As more and more Star Wars content is pumped into our galaxy with each passing year, the idea of pretty much all of the Jedi Order being wiped out by the catastrophic Order 66 ordered by Emperor Palpatine is now feeling further and further away from the actual truth.

When it comes to the most impactful survivor of this galaxy-altering massacre of recent times, however, nobody really comes close to The Mandalorian's relentlessly adorable and rather badass little green legend.

And with Grogu's blood clearly being desired by the remnants of The Empire throughout the series, not to mention The Child's presence in the galaxy eventually noticeably impacting the lives of the likes of Din Djarin, Boba Fett, Ahsoka Tano, and Luke Skywalker, the moment he was saved in The Jedi Temple definitely ranks as a massive one.

Finally revealing precisely which person was responsible for saving Grogu and setting the compelling events of The Mandalorian in motion, Season 3 saw the foundling remembering that Master Kelleran Beq (played by a returning Ahmed Best!) had come to the youngster's aid as the clones closed in.

Had Beq not been on hand to fend off troopers with his two lightsabers, then who knows what would have become of Mando and the rest of the figures present in Lucasfilm and Disney's small-screen hit.
