10 Famous Actors Who Play The Same Role In Every Horror Movie

1. Christopher Lee

To say that Christopher Lee lived an extraordinary life would be doing the man a disservice.

From serving in World War II, to being real life cousins with Ian Fleming, to releasing heavy metal albums in his 80s, the dude literally did it all.

It's easy to forget in all of this that he was a highly accomplished actor. Outside of appearing in The Lord of the Rings, the Star Wars prequels, and the Bond movies, Lee was also a horror icon.

He was credited as Count Dracula nine times on film and is the definitive actor in that role for many. Outside of the Count, he also played Frankenstein's creature, The Mummy, and countless other famous horror villains.

And that's exactly what he was - a great villain. His frightening height, stern face, and blood-curdling voice made him the perfect antagonist. As Dracula, he was suave and charming, traits Lee would later recycle into his role as Lord Summerisle in The Wicker Man.

Lee was a master of his craft and always stole the show. He may have been typecast as a baddie, but when you're that damn good, you can be typecast all you like.
