If you ever find yourself up against one of horror's great villains, then call Ken Foree. He's got plenty of experience in these kinds of situations.

Foree first shot to fame as the ultimate badass cop in George A. Romero's zombie benchmark Dawn of the Dead. As Peter Washington, Foree delivered killer lines and dispatched flesh-eating monsters in equal measure, establishing himself as one of the great horror heroes.

This trend continued for Ken when he turned up in Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III in the role of Benny. Another all-action man, Benny goes toe-to-toe with the saw-wielding maniac and lives to tell the tale. Not many people can say they've done that.

He's also squared off against Michael Myers and the Firefly family in Rob Zombie's Halloween and The Devil's Rejects respectively. Basically, if there's a big-time horror movie villain, Ken's probably had a go at them.

The closest thing horror has to an action star, Foree is always a reliable hand when a movie is in need of a muscular protagonist to unwaiveringly take on the forces of evil. And for that, we salute him.
