3. Eric Stoltz - Mask

eric_stoltz_mask_movie_transformations In this film, Stoltz played a teenager named Rocky with an extreme form of the rare disorder commonly referred to as lionitis, which results in a severe skull deformity. Despite this disability, he is nonetheless witty, charming, and optimistic. Legend has it that when Eric Stoltz showed up for the Mask wrap party, he had a little bit of trouble getting in -- no one recognized him without the massive facial prosthetics he used in the film. He had to show ID at the door and introduce himself to many of the people he'd been working with for months, because they didn't know what he actually looked like. If that isn't the highest compliment for a makeup artist, I don't know what is.
