10 Films Delayed Due To Coronavirus

Kumail Nanjiani's recent rise to fame has been incredible for his fans to follow. The Silicon Valley actor had his directorial debut with The Big Sick in 2017 and is already out promoting the upcoming Marvel epic 'The Eternals".

Somehow, despite his packed schedule, Kumail has found time to star and produce in the upcoming The Lovebirds. The film is an exciting murder mystery and rom-com rolled into one. Featuring the outstanding Issa Rae and Pitch Perfect's Anna Camp, The Lovebirds promises to be jam packed with comedy and suspense.

A couple (played by Nanjiani and Rae) have their relationship tested when they accidentally wind up in the middle of a murder mystery. To try and clear their names, the two go on a journey that takes them from one extreme to another, landing in some hilarious situations on the way. Left to their own devices, they must figure out a way to survive the night, without destroying their relationship in the process.

After South By Southwest was cancelled leaving the film without an official premiere, the general release was also cancelled with a new release date TBC.
