10 Films The Cast Of That '70s Show Want You To Forget

2. A View To A Kill (1985) - Tanya Roberts

Before she played the airhead Midge on That 70s Show, the late Tanya Roberts portrayed Julie Rogers in season five of the ABC series Charlie’s Angels. Somewhere in between these two roles, she was once a Bond girl.

On paper, it sounds likes a very exciting, glamorous role to have, except that Roberts was part of one of the worst Bond movies ever – A View to a Kill – and unfortunately, her character Stacey Sutton is now considered one of the lesser Bond girls. Tanya ended up being nominated for Worst Actress at the Razzie awards, just one year after being nominated for the same award for her performance in Sheena.

In the defence of Roberts, she was not given much to work with and the odds were stacked against her. As Roger Moore’s last film playing the suave spy, he was clearly unmotivated and had no chemistry with his female companions. The script was lazily written and it made for a loose narrative as well as some bland characters, including the very boring Stacey.
