5. Bill Murray
Once again we arrive at another pick that might be somewhat controversial. In recent years Bill Murray hasn't done much. He made an appearance in Moonrise Kingdom and nothing else really all that memorable. Bill Murray is a king of comedy. His cameo in 2009's Zombieland pretty much stole the show but it is time for Mr. Murray to get one more leading role to assert his dominance. This guy pretty much put comedy on the map with films such as Groundhog's Day, Ghostbusters, and What About Bob? (yea I said What About Bob? what of it?) yet you really haven't noticed his presence on screen in the past few years. Bill Murray may prefer to do obscure indie films nowadays but it is mainstream comedy where his true talents lie. Pairing Murray up with some modern comedy heavyweights such as Will Ferrell, Seth Rogen, or Zack Galifinakis could do wonders as far as introducing him to a new generation. When it comes to comedy all of Hollywood's big names no doubt studied Bill Murray for hours on end. It is time for them to repay the favor and put him in the limelight.
