10 Franchises To Binge Watch While You're Home (And Their Viewing Orders)

1. The MCU

Avengers Endgame Ending
Marvel Studios

Really, what else could top this list? The movies that fans have adored and turned up for more than any other, the 23 movie epic that gave us some of our favorite stories and character portrayals and if there was anything we could always turn to for brightening up our moods, it’s this.

Beginning in 2006 with Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man, the MCU has of course spanned 14 years and is still going strong. But perhaps it will always be the first 23 movies, the Infinite Saga that remains closest to our hearts (unless the next big narrative outshines it which I am totally on board for).

Chris Evans’ Captain America, Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow and many other iconic performances lit up this epic. And as the story grew darker with the Mad Titan Thanos getting closer and closer to attaining his goal of universal cleansing, it made you invested even more in these characters.

At times when we are all feeling down, perhaps the best remedy for our spirits is the one we have been turning to the most for the past decade or so.

Viewing Order (I think this makes the most chronological sense):

After battling Galactus and pinning Hulk Hogan in the main event of Wrestlemania, I've taken a break from living in fantasy worlds, to focus on writing about them. I'm a comic book geek, a wrestling mark, a break dancer, and a scientist. One of those things may not be true.
