10 Great Films From 2015 You'll Never Watch Again (And Why)

8. Kingsman: The Secret Service

Matthew Vaughn€™s violent comic adaptation is what happens when you pull a seventies-era Bond movie into the present day, shower it with gore and cast Colin Firth as 007. It should have been messy yet somehow it works, as the film is both a loving homage and a ruthless parody of the spy genre. The cast is great and there are a number of standout scenes €“ from the church fight to the exploding heads finale €“ and it€™s probably the best adaptation of Mark Millar€™s work to date. Why You€™ll Never Watch It Again: The film is a dizzying rush while it lasts, full of fast paced action and bad taste jokes. After the rush is over though there€™s not much else to it, other than telling people about how insane some of the scenes are.

Handsome. Charismatic. Intelligent. Noble. Witty. I'm none of these things, but I'm a half decent writer, I guess.
