The Harold and Kumar trilogy is one of the best out there, but nothing can beat the first film in the series. Following the titular characters, the duo decide to embark on a trip to the White Castle fast food restaurant after getting high.

They soon discover that White Castle has been shut down, and decide to embark to the one further away to satisfy their munchies. This is when they begin to encounter their problems, which last a whole night.

It is one of the classics, and a mission that many a person has found themselves on. Making their way, late at night, to satisfy hunger pangs. While most scenes are unrealistic they still seem as though they could happen.

The film is laced with in jokes and celebrity appearances, with an ecstasy filled Neil Patrick Harris, Ryan Reynolds and Jamie Kennedy to name a few, with pop culture references abound, from The Simpsons, to fellow stoner film Dude, Where's My Car?

Best Moment

After protesting that he'll never be a doctor, Kumar is mistaken for his brother and pulled into an operating room, after deciding to steal medical marijuana from the hospital. A man suffering from three gunshot wounds lies on a table and as Harold tries not to throw up, Kumar removes the bullets with ease, after asking the injured man directions to White Castle.
