10 Harry Potter Plot Points Cut From The Movies That Can Be Used In The TV Reboot
1. The Marauders
In the books, Harry learns from Sirius Black and Lupin the stories of his father's time at Hogwarts along with his friends, also known as the Marauders.
Young Potter was unknowingly introduced to the Marauders when Fred and George gave him the Marauder's Map in The Prisoner of Azkaban. What the films didn't explain, though, was that Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs were Remus Lupin, Peter Pettigrew, Sirius Black and James Potter.
Harry would find out that the group all became Animagi in support of their werewolf friend, Lupin. Sirius would be a dog, Peter a rat, and James a stag, which would also be the same as Harry's patronus.
Despite not being a huge part of the books, the Marauders have become major favourites within the Harry Potter fandom, with many fans asking for a Marauders TV show instead of the upcoming Harry Potter reboot.
Hopefully, the TV series doesn't omit the Marauders and will show the numerous adventures and mischief the group got up to before they all became war heroes.
