10 Horror Movie Villains Who Actually Won

1. The Aliens - Honeymoon (2014)

Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Fewlas Entertainment

It’s not made thoroughly clear, the nature of the supernatural being in Honeymoon, but we know it’s somewhere between alien and monster. Manifesting as a bright, white light, and impregnating victims with wormlike organisms, this formless villain manages to quietly beat all our main characters.

Bea and Paul go on their honeymoon to a cabin in the woods (obvious mistake), but strange things start happening. They see bright lights and Bea starts acting really weirdly and forgetting basic things about herself and their relationship.

The same thing happens to another couple concurrently, and Bea and the other woman, Annie, share some frightening behaviours.

Eventually Bea reveals that she walked into the bright light they saw and that creatures in there impregnated her with a worm. She strands her husband out in the middle of a lake and drowns him, claiming she is hiding him from the creatures - just as earlier in the film it’s implied that Annie beat her husband to death with a bat.

The end sees the women come together in their decaying bodies and submit themselves to the light, just as it wanted.
