10 Horror Movie Villains Who KILLED Other Villains

While Scream launched a huge meta look at the tropes of horror films in 1996, it also featured a genuine surprise at the reveal of two people, namely Billy and Stu (Skeet Ulrich and Matthew Lillard), rather than just one being behind the killings in Woodsboro - a trick the first sequel, Scream 2, repeated the following year.

Again, very much based around the typical staples of film follow-ups, Mickey Altieri (Timothy Olyphant) was responsible for most of the killings the second time around, though he was not alone. He was a sponsor of sorts of Nancy Loomis (Laurie Metcalf), the mother of Billy, who wanted revenge on Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) for her son's death.

Mickey himself wanted to be famous, and had his entire defence planned out for when he was eventually arrested. However, Mrs. Loomis only brought him along on the ride to be her scapegoat. During the reveal and the final confrontation with Sidney, she shot Mickey dead in cold blood with the plan to pin the entire killing spree solely on him.

While Billy and Stu worked pretty well together, Mickey was always going to be killed by Nancy - he just didn't know it.
