This one’s an honorable mention.

While not being part of the Godzilla pantheon of monsters, it’d be fun to see the head honcho of the Deep Ones show up in one of these films. And after a short bit of Googling, it's very clear based on all of the fan art that this is a fight that the internet is frothing at the mouth to see.

However, it would probably take Kong, Godzilla, every monster on this list plus the Stay Puft Marshmallow man and Optimus Prime to take on Cthulhu and have a fighting chance to save all of existence from the Ancient One.
