10 Laziest Animated Films Of All Time
1. Foodfight (2011)
Whilst every other movie on this list had at least one minor detail redeemable, Foodfight is horrendous on every level. The visuals alone are enough to turn anyone off this film as they look cheap with uninspired designs. The colour palette does not mesh well together and the mouth movements of the characters are distractingly out of sync to the spoken dialogue.
Furthermore, the storyline is a long slog to sit through. You’ll find yourself sitting through bad plotting, cringe-inducing dialogue and a wealth of empty, unlikable characters.
And here’s the really bizarre thing about Foodfight – it had potential to be good. With an astonishing budget of $65,000,000, a cast filled with household names and sheer ambition from the producers, it baffles the mind how we managed to get such a repulsive, hideous, lazy movie.
Perhaps it’s worth noting that the hard drives containing the film-in-progress were stolen and the filmmakers were forced to start over. Nevertheless, it was not worth the rush for the final product we were given.
