3. Namor

Dr Doom MCU
Marvel

Namor is an interesting character in the Marvel Universe due, in large part, to his ever-shifting stance as both a good guy and a bad one. In the beginning, he fought alongside Captain America and the Human Torch against the Axis powers during WWII, but since then, he's changed a bit.

His continued lust for Susan Storm has led him to kidnap the Invisible Woman a time or two, and recently, he destroyed Wakanda. He's also been a member of the Defenders, X-Men, Illuminati, and the Fantastic Four, so he's a tough guy to nail down.

Most of the time, he's considered an anti-hero, and that works well enough, but one thing is certain: he cares more for Atlantis and his people than anything else, and he'll destroy the surface world to protect it. He hasn't appeared in the MCU due to rights issues, but now that those have been squared away, he's sure to show up eventually.

He was arguably hinted at during Avengers: Endgame when Okoye mentions that Wakanda observed underwater earthquakes off the coast of Africa. It was dismissed, but it likely referenced the undersea kingdom. He will probably make an appearance leading up to, or as part of the Fantastic Four movie, as the two have been closely intertwined since the beginning of the Silver Age.
