10 More Crazy Star Wars Theories That Might Not Be Quite So Crazy

6. Grogu's Parents Are Yoda & Yaddle

Back when Grogu was first introduced in The Mandalorian, he of course went by the nickname "Baby Yoda" until he was given a formal moniker.

The franchise has so far remained vague about Grogu's origins, and because this is Star Wars, there are inevitably heated debates about his parentage.

One prominent fan theory proposes the possibility that Grogu is the son of both Yoda and Yaddle, the only other member of their species who has been seen in the Star Wars movies.

Though it sounds horribly contrived on paper, if we invoke Occam's razor and consider Star Wars' almost fetishistic obsession with making everyone related to everyone else, the logic certainly tracks.

Sometimes the most obvious answer is actually the right one, and though Disney would probably be smart never to indulge such a blatant sliver of fan service, it wouldn't be that shocking if they actually did.
