6. Christian Bale's Creepy Never-Ending Scream - Thor: Love And Thunder

He may have been the one having to deal with a ton of villainous faces during his time in the cape and cowl, but it was Christian Bale who was finally doing the tormenting during last year's Thor: Love and Thunder.

And though the actor definitely appeared to be having the time of his life spooking kids and slithering through his various confrontations with the God of Thunder, it turns out that some of Gorr the God Butcher's most nightmarish moments didn't even make it into the finished flick.

As Bale himself would reveal to Collider, there was a ton of "gold" that simply didn't make the cut, with some of his terrifying work as the wielder of the Necrosword being described as "creepy as hell" by the actor.

He'd also explain that if those specific moments were left in the fourth Thor entry, "that was perhaps pushing it to a realm where maybe it wouldn't have been able to be family-friendly, which (they) always wanted it to be."

And if you're wondering precisely what sort of "creepy" stuff he was getting up to on set, Bale would eventually tell USA Today about a moment involving a horrifying "never-ending scream" from his villain that he could tell left those watching on a little freaked out.

Sadly, though, as Bale himself would add, that particularly ominous howl "will never see the light of day."
