7. Martin - Army of the Dead
Where living and breathing humans are concerned, Army of the Dead's most detestable character is surely Martin (Garret Dillahunt), a member of the central heist team who has ulterior motives beyond helping pull off their ambitious apocalyptic casino heist.
Martin, as an employee of casino owner Bly Tanaka (Hiroyuki Sanada) is actually after the decapitated head of the zombie queen (Athena Perample), which with its ability to create an entire army of zombies, is far more valuable than the contents of the casino's vault.
Martin even traps the remaining members of the team in the basement once he thinks he's got the head, but he has only moments to realise he's been duped before he comes face to face with something even worse than a fleet of undead ex-humans.
Martin is suddenly mauled by a zombie tiger, which tosses him around like a plaything, bites off chunks of his face, and then finally clamps its giant maw down on his skull, swiftly tearing it apart. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
