6. Scar - Alien vs. Predator
Even accepting that the focal Predator in Alien vs. Predator, Scar, ultimately joins forces with human protagonist Lex (Sanaa Lathan), it's only because the creature finds itself facing off against a bigger, meaner monster in the Xenomorph.
The Predators may be the lesser of two evils in the film when compared to the Xenos, but they're still monstrous entities who rack up quite the human body count all the same.
Scar teams up with Lex, however, to prevent the Xenomorphs from escaping to the surface and running riot on Earth. More than that, though, Scar ends up battling the gigantic Xenomorph Queen.
And though he and Lex manage to defeat the Queen, it's not before Scar is fatally impaled by its tail.
Scar soon enough dies, but the worst is yet to come - the Facehugger attack from earlier in the movie left Scar impregnated with a Predalien hybrid, which bursts out of his chest in the film's final sequel-baiting moments.
