10 More Movies Where The Reshoots Were Painfully Obvious

While everybody knows that Ridley Scott's All the Money in the World went through historically swift reshoots to replace Kevin Spacey with Christopher Plummer following the former's career-derailing sexual abuse allegations, there's another aspect of the film that makes said reshoots even more glaringly obvious.

Mark Wahlberg plays former CIA operative and negotiator Fletcher Chace in the crime thriller, but when Scott and Fox were scrambling to organise the last-minute reshoots mere weeks away from the film's release date, Wahlberg was already busy working on his next movie, Mile 22.

For that film, Wahlberg had dropped 30 pounds, a difference which immediately draws attention to every single scene Wahlberg reshot for Scott's movie.

Not only is his face noticeably more gaunt, but his clothes have a much looser fit, and the weight difference also allowed him to fully button up his suit shirt as he wasn't able to during principal photography. Wahlberg also has his hair styled slightly differently during the reshot scenes.

Given the constraints Scott and co. were under to make their planned release date unchanged, it's pretty easy to forgive the mistakes, even if the tells are certainly glaring.
