Star Trek legend Leonard Nimoy made his Autobot debut in Michael Bay's third Transformers robo-mess known as Dark of the Moon.

And while it initially seemed as though his Sentinel Prime was very much fighting the good fight alongside the likes of Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and the rest of the non-Decepticon giant bots, the revived former leader of the Autobots eventually performs one hell of a heel turn midway through the flick.

Before he would eventually reveal that he'd made a deal with Megatron in an attempt to secure the survival of Cybertron, however, there was actually a brief moment that suggested Nimoy's character could turn out to be somewhat unpredictable.

While watching an episode of Star Trek earlier in the movie, a little autobot known as Wheelie mentioned how he was taking in "the one where Spock goes nuts."

And with Sentinel eventually doing exactly that, shockingly murdering Ironhide and eventually joining forces with the evil Decepticons to save their homeworld, Wheelie ultimately wasn't the only one who ended up watching Spock go a bit mad on-screen.
