10 Most Absurd Forgotten Moments In Star Wars History

Remember that time Anakin sparked out Greedo on the streets of Tatooine?

With this particular franchise boasting everything from space wizards to planet-sized super-weapons, absurdity is always never too far away in Star Wars. And that's part of the reason so many folks fell in love with George Lucas' oddly magical brainchild in the first place.

Yet, for every surreal visual of an Ewok hopping on a speeder bike, there is actually another lesser-known instance of ludicrousness that has largely gone under the radar in this galaxy far, far away.

But not for long!

Because this list will be unearthing some of those long since forgotten absurd Star Wars gems that will have you laughing at the bizarreness one minute and wondering how in the hell you could ever forget such a moment of insanity the next.

Who knew the littlest legend in the galaxy could be such a consistent source of genuine horror? And that George Lucas' deleted scenes folder possessed some of the most ridiculous exchanges ever to pop up in this routinely odd universe?

So, sit back and enjoy this barmy hyperspace jump down memory lane.

Things are about to get weird, my padawan friends. Like brain worms, space porn, and hallucinogenic lizards weird.

10. The Decraniated - Solo: A Star Wars Story

You know that same bloke who had a problem with Luke Skywalker in Mos Eisley's cantina during A New Hope? Turns out that rather aggressive soul was also a bit of a creepy dude outside of that encounter, too.

Case in point, this fugitive surgeon by the name of Cornelius Evazan was actually responsible for some of the most barbaric and disturbing acts ever committed in the galaxy far, far away.

During his time serving under Dryden Vos, Evazan used his surgical prowess to transform his injured and kidnapped human victims into pieces of technology that were as subservient as droids. And if that wasn't unsettling enough, said Decraniated also ended up walking around with half a skull, with cybernetic technology replacing the rest of their cut in half heads.

It's easy to understand why the average Star Wars fan wouldn't be aware of these horrific walking experiments even being a thing, with the Decraniated only really popping up in the background on Jedha in Rogue One and acting as Vos' compliant servants in Solo during these two Star Wars Stories.

It seems Obi-Wan could've done the galaxy a favour had he taken Evazan's arm instead of his Aqualish pal Ponda Baba's.
