10 Most Anticipated Movie Scenes Of All Time

2. Stallone, Schwarzenegger & Willis Share The Screen - The Expendables

The Expendables was created as the ultimate fan service event for fans of '80s action films, with much of its hype surrounding the fact that genre legends Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Bruce Willis would finally share the screen for the first time.

The result is a three-minute scene early in the movie where Expendables leader Barney Ross (Stallone) meets up with the shady Mr. Church (Willis) to take a job, only for Ross to learn that his rival Trench Mauser (Schwarzenegger) is also in contention for the gig.

Though this Planet Hollywood reunion is disappointingly brief - and Arnie only shows up for about 90 seconds of it - we do get to see the trio chew through some fun dialogue that nods towards each actor's respective legacy in the genre.

Fittingly, Arnie says that Stallone "loves playing in the jungle," and as Arnie leaves, Stallone quips that he "wants to be President."

Did this scene fully live up to the hype? Not really considering the lack of action, though the three did get to kick considerably more ass together in The Expendables 2.
