10 Most Depressing Things About Justice League

2. Cyborg Looks Like This

Justice League
Warner Bros.

Cyborg is a fantastic character. As somebody who came to terms with the adversity of losing most of his body in an accident, he's a true role model and his connection to the Mother Boxes makes him a key player for the Justice League.

Victor Stone is a hero who starts out deeply self-conscious about his robotic appearance, and who can blame him when the movie has made him look like this?

Cyborg is a mess of bad CGI and comes across like a bad Terminator parody. As the League's lesser-known member, he could have used the profile boost, but is unlikely to enjoy one with this design.

In fact, Justice League's special effects in general appear ropey in the trailers. That scene where Aquaman rides the Parademon through a building like a surfboard, for example, looks disjointed and artificial.

Many of these niggles were put down to a lack of post-production polish at first, but they were still present in the Comic-Con footage last month, which is late in the game for fine tuning.
