The brother of X-Men members Cyclops and Havok, Vulan is an Omega-level mutant who is able to produce light, heat, and electricity in the form of insanely powerful concussive blasts. His powers don't stop there, though, as he can even manipulate energy around him, and siphon powers away from his fellow mutants for a time.
Those are all abilities which would shake the MCU up in a big way, though it's Vulcan's cosmic roots which could be the real game-changer. He may be a hero these days, but there was a time he tore though outer space, taking out the Shi'ar Empire and anointing himself their new King.
If that were to play out in this shared world, then the Guardians of the Galaxy could find themselves facing a new threat, while giving the X-Men influence both on Earth and on other planets really will go a long way in establishing mutants as the new dominant race. Honestly, this guy would probably make Thanos his b*tch.
