Jumping in as one of the few sequels to be as good as, if not better than its original, Terminator 2: Judgement Day already had some big shoes to fill when it came to the robot warfare department. Straight away however, T2 proved it had this one in the big, metallic, hydraulic powered bag.

Beginning with a vast expanse of ruined earth populated with nothing much other than bones and hollowed out cars, our first look at the terminator comes when it stomps a skull to dust, voiced over by Sarah Connor as she recounts what the future holds for those that actually make it through horrible nuclear fires and other such nasty tragedies, and John's fight for survival.

After the title credit roll through fire bombs and an angsty looking robot squaring up to the audience, we get one of the most memorable sequences in sci-fi movie history: "I need your clothes, your boots, and your motorcycle."

Stark naked Arnie lands on earth in a flurry of electricity and proceeds to beat the crap out of a biker hangout with nothing other than his fists and a proficiency for taking pool cues. If a massive naked man politely requests your leather attire in the future, you know it's far easier just to hand it over. Terminator's gotta look fly, too, you know.
