7. Orson Welles - Transformers: The Movie (1986)

There's something genuinely sad and upsetting about the fact that Orson Welles' last notable role came in the form of some voice work that he didn't really even want, and for a
Transformers movie, no less, something that the world's greatest actor/director presumably had no affection for. Is this how he pictured his career coming to a close? As a the voice of Unicron, a planet-eating planet. Say that to yourself out loud.
Planet-eating planet. If somebody had genuinely said to Orson Welles, at the height of his fame and success, "the last thing you're even going to do is provide the voice for a planet-eating planet in a movie based on a bunch of kids' toys," he would have probably laughed, and got back to filming
Citizen Kane. Welles was 70-years-old when he agreed to do this, and was - due to failing health - about ready to die. And though he probably said yes because he was sick of pottering around the house and wanted something to do, all I can really offer up is this pun:
Citizen Insane.
