4. Mothra, Rodan & Ghidorah (Godzilla: King Of The Monsters)
Godzilla: King Of The Monsters might be the biggest movie of 2019. Literally. With not one, not two, but four gigantic monsters all vying for screen time (and screen space), the story will find Godzilla coming to blows with the winged Mothra, the bird-like Rodan and the three-headed King Ghidora.
At this stage it's not clear if Godzilla will ever fight all three of them at once, but since one of this movie's goals is to show how much of a badass Godzilla is before he's pitted against Kong, the villains will have to be insanely destructive, devastating and powerful if we are to believe that that's true.
On that note, the stage is set for a battle that's epic in scale and mind-blowing in the visual display of these monsters. In the trailer, a flying beast is shown levelling a small town just by flying over it. We said that the Skrulls won't kick ass in the traditional sense, but here, it's the complete opposite: expect fire, crumbling buildings and enormous earthquakes.
Sometimes, you just want to go to the movies and watch some big-budget action, on the grandest scale possible. This monster trio may not be the smartest of bad guys, but they're going to put on a spectacular show for us to witness.
