10 Movies From 2016 That Could Score 100% On Rotten Tomatoes
10. Hail, Caesar!
Release Date: February 5, 2016 Hail, Caesar! looks like it has all the makings of a Coen Brothers classic. Set in Los Angeles in the 1950s (oh, boy!), the movie stars Josh Brolin as a Hollywood "fixer" who must locate a movie star - played by George Clooney - after he's kidnapped by a mysterious group named "The Future." A throwback and homage to '50s Hollywood, Hail, Caesar! also stars Scarlett Johansson, Ralph Fiennes, Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum, Tilda Swinton and Frances McDormand. Everyone good in film, basically - and then some. Going by the trailer, this flick - which feels like a mash-up of Coen flicks such as Barton Fink and The Big Lebowski - has the potential to be one of the Two Headed Director's best. Considering that the Coens have always been both critical darlings and Oscar favourites, there's a real chance that the critics will eat this up when it's unveiled in February. To seal the deal, there's music from Carter Burwell and cinematography from Roger Deakins, two of the best filmmakers in their respective fields. Heck, this could even win Best Picture.
