10 Must-See Comedy Horror Films For Halloween

8. Idle Hands

Stoner-comedy-horror movie, Idle Hands was critically panned when it came out in 1999 and was a box office failure. It did however, gain a pretty sizeable cult following and retains a 60% rating on IMDb. It also has Jessica Alba in her underwear, so that's a definite plus point. The film follows your average teenage slacker, Anton, who wakes up one day to find his parents dead and all signs pointing to him. After killing his best friends, he realises that he is the victim of some ominous curse that has possessed his hand. "Idle hands are the devils play things". Get it? Idle Hands? Anyway, he decides to cut off his demon limb in an attempt to put an end to its apparent lust for murdering his friends and family. However, unperturbed the hand simply runs off and continues its killing spree on its own. This is a great film for those who want to get into the spirit of Halloween but don't want to be too grossed out. It's got plenty of laughs, and as previously mentioned, Jessica Alba in her underwear.
