7. Warm Bodies
If you cant get enough of your zombie action and are waiting with baited breath for Marc Forsters (Quantum of Solace) epic Zombie drama World War Z starring Brad Pitt (Fight Club), then Warm Bodies could wet your appetite. Adapted from a novel by Isaac Marion, Warm Bodies attempts to take a unique look at the zombie genre and centers on a zombie who acquires the memories of the people he eats. When he unwittingly eats the brain of a love struck victim, he falls in love with the dead mans girlfriend. The film stars Nicholas Hoult (X-Men: First Class) as the zombie R, John Malkovich (Red) and Teresa Palmer (I am Four) as R's love interest Julie. Sounds like a very intriguing concept and a welcomed change from your average zombie film. Warm Bodies is thought to be an imaginative take on the classic William
Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet, with "R" as "Romeo" and "Julie" as "Juliet.
