The undisputed king of comedy movies Judd Apatow (40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up, Funny People) returns with his own unique take on reaching 40. The film is a spin off / sequel of sorts to his 2007 hit comedy Knocked Up and focuses on married couple Debbie and Pete played by Leslie Mann (The Change Up) and Paul Rudd (Role Models) who were characters in 2007 film. As with most Judd Apatow films, there are a host of familiar faces such as Jason Segel (The Five Year Engagement), Megan Fox (Transformers), Chris O' Dowd (Bridemaids) and Lena Dunham (Girls). This is 40 stars the majority of director Apatows immediate family including his real life wife Leslie Mann and two daughters Maude and Iris. Judd Apatow is certainly well known for his crude, slapstick humour so if youre after a few laughs this February, This is 40 could be the remedy you've been waiting for.
