2. Ashton Kutcher As Patrick In "10 Things I Hate About You"
Well this is an obvious choice. Is there any point in exploring why the casting director single-handedly saved
10 Things I Hate About You (Gil Junger, 1999) by making the right decision between these two? I mean, one is Ashton "please get off my screen now" Kutcher, and the other one is HEATH LEDGER. I think I have made my point clear. Had Kutcher landed the part it's a safe bet to assume that Patrick would have been a little too light on the "charming" side and a little too high on the "please go away". Seriously, does anyone like that guy?
