JJ Abrams seems to have a knack for casting, because Chris Pine is the fourth person on this list to reach stardom after working with the fan-favorite director. Though Pine's resume may not be as long as some of his co-stars', he has made quite the splash since his big screen breakout role as James T. Kirk. His career is rapidly picking up momentum, and he will soon headline another franchise, when Jack Ryan: Shadow One reaches theaters this December. That's pretty outstanding considering Pine's first Hollywood role, as the male lead in The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement in 2004. Before landing that role, he appeared in episodes of ER, The Guardian, and CSI: Miami in 2003, then slowly developed his film career with movies like Just My Luck, Smokin' Aces, and Bottle Shock.
