10 Niggling Worries Over Marvel's Next 10 Movies

8. Will They Ditch That Jarring Fully CG Suit? - Black Panther

You may have guessed that the Black Panther suit we got in Captain America: Civil War was enhanced by computer-generated effects. What you may not know is that every single shot of the suit was actually full-blown CGI, a point confirmed by director Joe Russo: "What we ended up doing in post is ILM came in and painted over Chadwick and the stuntman. The outfit is completely CG."

Now, this point didn't irk all fans who went to see the film, but I distinctly recall feeling as though something was slightly weird about Black Panther's suit the whole time I was watching Civil War. Like I was being shown some test footage for a very, very expensive video game character model or something.

Here's hoping that the studio somehow found a way to put a real suit on Black Panther for his debut movie, because there were far too many awkward shots in Civil War where the character just looked off - especially when he removed his helmet and Chadwick Boseman just sort of "hung" there.
