2. Lenny (Ghostbusters)

"Being miserable and treating people like dirt is every New Yorker's God given right." These are the words of a Mayor who truly understands his constituents. Always the skeptic, Lenny is a bit of a hard sell when it comes to the paranormal, even when a shape-shifting Sumerian demi-god has taken over a building on Central Park West or when a 17th-Century painting comes to life and covers a museum in a slime shell. And the Ghostbusters don't exactly make it easy for them, blathering like crazy people with all their occult-y and science-y mumbo jumbo. Luckily Winston Zeddemore reveals his true purpose as a Ghostbuster, which is to explain to Lenny in layman's terms what is going on. Lenny comes around. He always does.
