Carnage is set to make his long-awaited live-action debut in Venom 2 at the end of the year, but could Sony have other plans for the character moving forward? That's right, Woody Harrelson's Cletus Kasady was introduced in the closing moments of the first Venom film and will indeed serve as the primary antagonist in the upcoming sequel, but will that allow audiences to get to know the character well enough?
Like Venom, Carnage is one of the Spider-Man's richest characters and, if Harrelson's performance as the symbiotic villain is even half as popular as Tom Hardy's turn as Venom, we could have another unlikely character-centric pic on our hands.
