6. That's One Hell Of An Ensemble
It may have lost Tom Hardy at the last minute, but not to worry - Suicide Squad still boasts one hell of an eclectic ensemble. Not only will Ben Affleck and Jesse Eisenberg make appearances as Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor, but Suicide Squad's Task Force X will be comprised of Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne, Jai Courtney, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Joel Kinnaman, replacing Hardy as Rick Flag. There'll also be support from double Oscar nominee Viola Davis, Oscar winners Common and Jared Leto (as The Joker, the main villain of the piece, of course) and Fury stars Scott Eastwood and Jim Parrack, reteaming with Ayer after their successful run together last time around. It's a packed cast, with not every member an ace in the deck (Jai Courtney has yet to prove himself worthy of all the blockbusters he regularly stars in). There are certainly no boring choices playing the parts, though; rather, they're characterful performers, and certainly not run-of-the-mill, obvious picks, meaning it'll be interesting to say the least.
