9. Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood And Honey (2023)
Oh bother.
This entry is a real double whammy as it managed to irk both sides of the coin, the first being Winnie the Pooh fans. It should come as no surprise that lovers of the adorable bear found the film to be deeply offensive. Taking the beloved mascot character and turning him into a vile killer was always going to ruffle some feathers, and that it certainly did.
However, the arguably more tragic part of this bizarre tale is the reaction from the real sickos, horror movie fans, who were also pissed off by this flick, thanks to its lack of bite. Regular horror lovers went into this picture expecting a bombastic, trippy, and downright bonkers movie. Sadly, they were treated instead to a generic, lazy slasher that failed to live up to its premise. The cheap costumes, terrible script, poor editing, and more made it a slog to sit through. How did they manage to make this movie so dull?
Not even the most Disneyfied version of Piglet could find something nice to say about this flick.
