10 Minutes Gone Bruce Willis
Lionsgate

Once upon a time, a crime thriller co-starring Bruce Willis and Michael Chiklis actually would've roused some interest, but roughly a decade into Willis' self-imposed odyssey into the straight-to-VOD dungeon, it elicits little but fear and disappointment.

10 Minutes Gone is the latest in Willis' increasingly frequent string of low-effort bargain basement genre films, where his screen time is scant and his actually concerted effort put into the role even less so.

Willis sleepwalks his way through his part as crime boss Rex - most of it shot in a single room - while Chiklis is absolutely wasted as Rex's expert bank robber employee Frank Sullivan.

Directed with absolute indifference by Willis' regular VOD collaborator Brian A. Miller (Vice, Reprisal), this is as shockingly lazy as any movie "starring" a veritable Hollywood A-lister you're ever likely to find.

And sadly, it doesn't even have the good grace to be fun trash: it's mostly just a joyless, soulless bore.
