After the outrageously entertaining news team mega-brawl in the first Anchorman, I didn't think it was possible to improve upon that flash in the pan brilliance, but in Anchorman 2, they found a way. The film may not have quite reached the same heights as the original overall, but this epically insane final battle, featuring a ridiculous slew of cameo appearances from famous actors, is enormously entertaining to say the least. As the battle gears up, more and more familiar faces come popping out of the woodwork, including Vince Vaughn (reprising his role as Wes Mantooth), Will Smith, Jim Carrey, Marion Cotillard, Sacha Baron Cohen, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Liam Neeson, John C. Reilly, and Kanye West. Oh, and Kirsten Dunst appears for about 5 seconds as a Greek goddess. The battle itself makes the first film's look like child's play, going so far as including ghosts, mystical animals conjured out of thin air, a minotaur and even an air strike. If an Anchorman 3 ever gets made, they are going to have trouble beating this.
