10 Scariest Movies Where No One Dies

6. Signs

Conjuring 2 Crooked Man
Touchstone Pictures

The Sixth Sense almost managed to put in an appearance on this list, although (spoilers?) there are actually a death or two in its runtime, depending on your interpretation of the film's infamous twist.

But not to worry, as occasional genius/ occasional laughing stock/ Goosebumps mega fan M Night Shyamalan’s alien siege horror Signs has a body count of zero throughout its entire unbelievably tense runtime.

Well, except for maybe some alien demons, but there's no way to be sure they're even real and not metaphors for loss of faith and self doubt.

In terms of actual human casualties though, Signs comes up with a big donut, as protagonist Mel Gibson's beloved wife dies before the film's story begins and is only glimpsed in a flashback.
